Dealing with any issues/ challenges a specific individual has. It still follows the overall approach of listening, asking powerful questions to create understanding, to challenge and support, to confirm accountability, and to determine how proceed.
This service is offered at both the individual and team levels. Many organizations have adopted Agile as a development approach, but they experience great difficulties when implementing the approach.
When coaching leaders the emphasis is on how leaders can manage and apply disruption to the benefit of their organisation. Disruption can take any form but is driven predominantly by the introduction of technology. Disruption can be advantageous if harnessed correctly.
